What is relationship and intimacy coaching?
First I'll tell you what it's not. Relationship coaching is not couples therapy. I am not a licensed therapist and my role in working with clients is quite different (although I encourage my clients to pursue therapy as well!) Coaches are directive, solution-focused, and action oriented. Coaching is about identifying blocks and brainstorming creative solutions and reframes to work around them. It is not about healing deep psychological wounds or processing trauma. That is therapy territory. Coaching is skills based, designed to give you tools and to identify the strengths you already have to tackle relationship challenges.
Can I book an Intake Session?
Yes! I offer a 30 minute discovery call via Zoom with a $5 non-refundable deposit to discuss your concerns and make sure we're aligned to work together. If we're not a good fit, I'm happy to refer you to one of my talented colleagues! All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. Click here to schedule your 30 minute discovery call.
How do I work with you?
I offer three and six month packages which cover weekly, 75 minute sessions via Zoom. Packages include access to my online courses, email support from me between sessions, and a list of resource recommendations (including books and podcasts) tailored to your specific needs. Each session also comes with homework for you, which I expect you to complete before our next session.
My Relationship Cheat Sheet Intensive is in beta right now, so please mention it on our Discovery call if that's something you're interested in! Click here to schedule your free 30 minute discovery call.
Can I book you for a single session?
Yes. I offer 75 minute single sessions via Zoom for clients who want focused support around a specific issue, decision, or conversation.
A one-time session is best if you have a clear question and want insight, strategy, and practical next steps. That might include communication challenges, desire discrepancy, jealousy, boundaries, conflict, relationship transitions, or preparing for a difficult conversation.
Single sessions can be very helpful for immediate clarity. Retainers are better for deeper change. Most relationship patterns take time to understand and shift, especially when attachment dynamics, nervous system responses, and recurring cycles are involved. Ongoing work gives us the space to build momentum, practice new tools, and create more lasting results.
What is the investment to work with you?
I offer three ways to work together, depending on the depth of support you want.
A single 75-minute session is $400 and is best for focused guidance around one specific issue, decision, or conversation.
A 3-month retainer is $4,500 and is ideal for clients who want consistent support, deeper insight, and space to work through patterns with care, nuance, and momentum.
A 6-month retainer is $10,000 and offers the highest level of support for those seeking sustained transformation, strong accountability, and meaningful relational change over time.
Single sessions are excellent for clarity. Retainers offer the continuity, depth, and integration that make lasting change much more likely.
I have a limited number of financial hardship spots available. If you have financial need, ask me about sliding scale options during our discovery call. Click here to schedule your 30 minute discovery call.
